Mi Cafe

Mi Cafe is fantastic, time after time! The indoor venue is super comfortable with nice stuffed chairs and beautiful tables, and adorably decorated with photos, and is usually always busy. They are a morning and lunch time spot with breakfast items available all day, Puerto Vallarta breakfast lovers rejoice! We've tried several items here and everything has been wonderful, delicious, and perfectly made, both the breakfast and lunch items.
Some must-tries are their fantastic breakfast plates, very generous portions, eggs cooked just the way you like (bacon too if you ask for crispy!), the pancakes are heaven my favorites in Puerto Vallarta, the French toast is huge and pillowy, the crispy potato wedges also a yummy crunchy treat (we make sure to get those at every visit). Also a big plus in my book, they have lots of sides, aka a great chance to try a ton of different options without having to order an entire plate of something (bagel, fries, bacon, french toast etc.)! So you can totally get a side of one pancake with your sandwich, I may or may not do this often…

The steak sandwich is my favorite, I ask for it medium, it's so so good, and the seared meat is tender and really flavorful. It comes on top of oven roasted tomatoes and onions, layered with fresh thyme with a beautiful mustard aioli on a toasted ciabatta roll, I can definitely eat a whole one on my own lol, and they come with those crispy seasoned potato wedges that everyone in Puerto Vallarta seem to love! The caesar salad is fresh and very good, the dressing tangy and nice and chilled. The green juice (this is your chance to be “healthy at brunch while eating as much as you’d like!) and orange juice are prepared to order, and service is always great. This is a perfect spot to meet up for a lavish brunch or lunch with something on the menu for everybody.

They have an adorable cat who chills on the front step area who is very friendly and loves to soak up the sunshine, and love from the guests.
